"In 2023 we decided to use Next Gen for our entries and webcast. The entry program is user-friendly, and well organized. It can accommodate multiple classes, side pots and carryovers. Their payoff system is very accurate and results are completed quickly using the system. When producing the futurity, in the past, I had to generate myself the information for the program which included the horses registered name, age, sire, dam, owner and rider, with NextGen there was a page that had all that information for me,  all I had to do was print it. They also have made it very easy to submit results to the various Organizations that need them. The online entry process for contestants is also very simple. And for people that were having difficulty when they called NextGen customer service, every person told me how pleased they were and how helpful the staff were in walking them through the process.
